Buyer FAQs

Product & Specifications

What materials are used for the main court structure?

Our main load-bearing court structure uses high-quality galvanized steel. Surface treatment can be matched to the project so the structure performs better in outdoor conditions over time.

What is the standard size of a padel court?

The standard size for a doubles padel court is 20 m × 10 m. If your project requires another layout, we can review a custom solution based on the site conditions.

Can the steel structure color and turf color be customized?

Yes. We support custom powder-coating colors for the steel structure and offer multiple turf color options to match club branding and project positioning.

What is usually included in one complete court set?

A standard complete set usually includes the steel structure, tempered glass, artificial turf, hardware kits, and technical documents. Lighting and other accessories can be added based on the project scope.

Installation & Project Start

What kind of foundation is required for installation?

The court can be installed indoors or outdoors on a solid, level concrete foundation. The quality of the base affects installation accuracy and long-term stability.

What should be prepared before starting a court project?

Please confirm the project location, basic site conditions, and local permit requirements first. Sharing the target model, quantity, and destination port also helps us prepare the right proposal faster.

Do you provide installation training or installation support?

Yes. We provide installation manuals, step-by-step videos, and remote support to help local installation teams complete the assembly more efficiently.

Can you provide layout drawings and foundation drawings?

Yes. During the project process, we can provide technical documents to support layout confirmation, installation planning, and foundation preparation.

Production & Delivery

What warranty do you provide?

We provide an 8-year structural warranty for the galvanized steel structure. Warranty coverage for optional accessories or consumable items can be confirmed according to the final configuration.

How many court sets fit in one 40ft HQ container?

A 40ft HQ container can typically load 3 to 4 complete court sets. The final loading quantity depends on the model, packing method, and optional accessories.

Can you provide a custom quotation?

Yes. Please share your target model, quantity, destination port, and any options such as lighting, branding, or canopy requirements. We can then prepare a project-based quotation.

What is the usual production lead time?

Lead time depends on the order quantity, court model, and drawing confirmation. For many standard projects, shipment can usually be arranged in around 20 to 35 days after deposit and drawing approval.

Outdoor Use & Options

Can the court meet outdoor wind resistance and durability requirements?

Yes. The courts are designed for outdoor use with anti-corrosion treatment, tempered glass, and reinforced steel structure. Project-specific wind load review can be discussed when needed.

Does the quotation usually include sea freight?

That depends on the trade term. We can prepare quotations based on EXW, FOB, CIF, or other agreed terms according to the destination port and project requirements.

Can lighting systems or canopy solutions be added?

Yes. Lighting systems and canopy or roof-related solutions can be discussed according to the site location, budget, and intended use of the project.

What are your main export markets?

Our main overseas markets currently include Europe, the Middle East, and South America. Specific project support can still be reviewed case by case for other regions.
